As our items are handcrafted, please allow 7-10 business days for us to craft and process your order before it is shipped. For noted pieces, such as our 18K Yellow Gold Plated items please allow 15-20 business days for crafting and processing. Custom orders have a timeline of approximately 30 business days. Our team works diligently to ensure that each el&elle piece is crafted with care and precision. Note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Standard Shipping & Estimated Delivery time:
We are happy to offer free standard shipping for all orders, worldwide. Standard shipping time is typically 7-15 days for delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs or delivery delays.
Express Shipping:
For those who require expedited delivery, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. You can select this option during checkout! Expedited shipping times are at the discretion of the courier service and may vary. We partner with reputable courier services to provide the best possible service for our customers.
Our crafting processing times remain the same, regardless of shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, where a tracking number will populate as it starts to move through the shipping process, or after clearing customs for international orders. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any relevant details such as apartment or unit number, postal code, etc. - in order to facilitate a smooth delivery process. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to missing or incorrect address details.
