With a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale, Moissanite is the second hardest gemstone.

Scratches, chips and breaks are very rare due to Moissanite's high hardness, making it the PERFECT choice for every day wear!

All our jewelry is waterproof and will not tarnish or change colour!

However to ensure the longevity of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before engaging in any activities that may subject it to abrasion, such as swimming, dishwashing, etc.

We also advise to protect your jewelry from extreme temperatures, whether hot or cold, and to avoid storing it for prolonged periods in excessively dry or humid environments.

A little love with a soft brush, mild soap and water or a soft jewelry cleaner is all it needs.

Tarnish Free Warranty: 

At El&Elle our products are made to last. We take pride in our handcrafted items, made from ethically sourced and high quality materials.

Under our Tarnish-Free Warranty, you’re covered for two (2) years from the date of purchase, against tarnishing. 

To benefit from our warranty, please contact us with details and clear photographs of the issue.

For Tarnish-Free Warranty requests, our quality team will evaluate the case. If the conditions to proceed with the Tarnish-Free Warranty are met, we will initiate the replacement of the jewelry or, if this is not possible, an exchange to a different item(s) or store credit for the value of the damaged jewelry will be created.

This warranty does not include:

 

1. Protection against physical or accidental wear and/or damage.

2. Lost or stolen items.

3. Scratches from wear and tear.

4. Dents or nicks from wear and tear. 

5. Improper storage or use of your El&Elle item.

6. Altered or modified items.

7. Items not purchased through El&Elle

8. Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs.

9. Bent, caught or worn out prongs.

10. Lost stone(s). 

11. Chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.

12. Broken or damaged earring posts.

13. Broken chain, bracelet links or clasps.

1. Wrap string or paper around the base of your finger.
2. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen.
3. Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm) then divide by 3.14 to get the diameter of the ring.
4. Select the closest diameter measurement on the ring size chart to find your ring size.

Alternatively, you can take a ring that fits the way you want your El & Elle ring to fit, measure the diameter and refer to the guide to match the measurement!
